Williamsburg, Virginia Overview: Coordinates and executes all transportation needs for residents to include medical appointments, facility outings etc. Assists all departments with transportation needs of residents and/or potential prospects. Responsible for vehicle maintenance and general up keep. Responsible for helping transportation coordinator get vehicles in for maintenance and service calls. What you will do: - Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors consistently. Strives to meet/exceed the needs of the facility's customers/residents by demonstrating flexibility and sense of urgency to create a service excellence experience. - Responsible for assuring safe practices in accordance with RHS policies and procedures. - Responsible for notifying Transportation Coordinator or Director of Resident Services when required vehicle maintenance is needed. - Demonstrates the ability to plan transportation routes to decrease vehicle mileage and gas consumption. - Completes paper work to ensure that all records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
