A DAY IN THE LIFE: As an Engineer I – Civil & Structures, you’ll support the design and execution of renewable energy projects including wind, solar, and battery storage. You’ll work closely with Senior Civil & Structures Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to assist with managing third-party engineering firms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring project designs meet all technical, safety, and quality requirements. STEP INTO THE ROLE: - Assists the Senior Engineers – Electrical and Senior Project Engineers to support Blattner Internal Engineering and other stakeholders with the project design through project completion. - Aligns construction teams to ensure they have the necessary design information, quantities, and specifications to build the projects. - Creates designs that satisfy the design life of the power plant by establishing compliance with local, state, and international building codes and company best practices. - Create designs that provide the most economical means to satisfy the design life of the power plant.
