Practice Manager II (Optical) – Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in optical operations to lead a high-volume practice. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering an outstanding patient experience, and leading a large team (20+ team members) across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who has successfully managed an optical practice, understands the full patient journey, and can balance team development with business performance.
