General Summary of Position: The Department of Biomedical & Nutritional Sciences (BNS) at the University of Massachusetts Lowell (UML) invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Clinical Faculty (open rank) to also serve as the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program Director. The successful candidate will teach and mentor students, provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for the NAACLS-accredited MLS program, work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, clinical affiliates, alumni, and external partners to advance program quality, student success, and workforce relevance, and provide other service to the department and university. We seek an innovative and student-centered educator and director who will oversee program organization, curriculum quality, accreditation, assessment, continuous review, and overall program effectiveness while contributing to teaching, mentoring, recruitment, and service in support of the department, college, and university mission.
