CSRM Area Manager, Global Supply Chain Security

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - 7 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors. - 7 years of experience developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk, and leading operational or project based work and tasks. - Experience with managing supply chain security operations for a multinational organization. - Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience coordinating or managing security, and experience planning security operations or strategy for security programs. - Experience coordinating security protocols for moving high value cargo globally (e.g., GPS active monitoring, security escorts). - Experience managing cargo theft related incidents and investigations, and working with external partners. - Experience with conducting security audits and security risk assessments. - Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., TAPA, C-TPAT, AEO-S). - Ability to develop and deploy security programs for high value assets, including new product introductions (NPI).
