Construction Project Manager – Commercial Projects Location: Falls Church, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $95,000+ annually (based on experience) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial, institutional, and government-related projects from initial planning through final completion. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in managing multiple priorities, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Project types may include renovations, site development, IDIQ contracts, lump-sum work, and fast-paced project delivery environments.
