This position ensures the effective operation of instructional programs, student services, staff development, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership - ACHS District Testing Coordinator and Title I Coordinator - Assist the superintendent in developing and executing the district’s strategic plan. - Serve as a member of the superintendent’s cabinet, providing input on district-wide decision-making. - Mentor and support principals and school leadership teams to strengthen instructional and organizational effectiveness. Curriculum & Instruction: - Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the K–12 curriculum. - Provide instructional leadership and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across schools. - Monitor student performance data to drive continuous improvement and equity in outcomes.
