Job DetailsJob Location: 57 Interlaken Rd. - Stockbridge, MA 01262Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 HourlyPOSITION SUMMARY The Dining Room Server serves as a member of the Dining and Food Department team. We are hiring for both. (*Please note this is a buffet style dining room atmosphere in which individuals serve themselves). This role is responsible for ensuring that our buffets are well stocked while offering knowledgeable, friendly service to all guests, staff, and volunteers. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, as well as being punctual, reliable, and having a helpful positive attitude. Schedule: Part-Time: 24 Hours Open Availability ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Restocks all dishware and silverware during service while ensuring everything is clean. Maintains dining areas (daily cleaning, stocking, and general maintenance). Maintains communication during service with cooks’ team to ensure there is a continuous supply of food for buffet line. Maintains high standards of personal hygiene. Follows hand washing protocol.
