Job description

You will support our team in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of process automations and data-driven analyses. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the development and implementation of process automations (e.g. using Power Automate, Power BI) to increase the efficiency of internal workflows - Supporting the preparation and analysis of data within subsidy programs, in particular the identification and documentation of activities - Assisting in the creation and maintenance of automated verification and compliance processes in accordance with internal and external guidelines - Preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders - Supporting day-to-day operational and organizational tasks within program management Your Profile: - Currently enrolled student in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field - Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus - Confident in working with MS Office; experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate is an advantage - Strong analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style...
