Recruiter, Seasonal & Early Careers Associate (External Agency Employee)

Job description

The Early Careers & Seasonal Recruitment Associate will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across Early Career programs and high-volume Seasonal hiring for various NFL offices. This role is critical to building and sustaining talent pipelines that support both near-term staffing needs and long-term talent development. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, and HR Business Partners to deliver efficient, equitable, and high-quality hiring outcomes that align with the NFL’s vision, mission, and values. Responsibilities: - Provide full-cycle recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management, for: - Early career programs (internships, rotational programs, fellowships, entry-level roles) - High-volume seasonal and temporary roles across multiple departments and locations - Handle 40–50+ requisitions during peak seasonal periods across multiple departments and locations. - Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, headcount planning, and role requirements. - Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for early career and recurrin...
