NV5 is an ENR Top 500 firm; we offer a full range of professional services in offices throughout the U.S. We are looking for a CAD Technician to support the Survey group in our Jacksonville, Florida office. Responsibilities: - Communicate proactively and appropriately with team members, permitting agencies, clients, sub-consultants, and others as needed - Act as a team player, fulfilling your own responsibilities and supporting others as needed to help the team meet deadlines and complete tasks - Understand legal descriptions terminology - Review field notes and raw data files for mistakes - Reduce field notes and perform necessary office calculations - Ensure that field procedures meet Florida Standards of Practice - Prepare maps using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other associated survey module Qualifications: NV5 offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) and professional development/advancement opport...
