The Senior Legal Counsel will serve as a leader and strategic advisor supporting the Company’s growing U.S. renewable energy platform. Reporting to senior leadership and partnering cross-functionally, the AGC will provide comprehensive legal guidance across project development, commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions. This role is ideal for a commercially minded attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is motivated to help scale the legal infrastructure of a leading clean energy developer. Strategic Legal Advisory: - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business teams on corporate, commercial, regulatory, litigation, and insurance matters. - Translate legal risk into clear, practical business guidance. - Support strategic planning and growth initiatives across the U.S. platform.
