Department/Unit: Surgery Administration Work Shift: Per Diem (United States of America) Salary Range: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our high-performing Cardiothoracic Surgery team Per Diem, with additional responsibilities across inpatient care and multidisciplinary coordination. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-acuity surgical setting while also contributing to broader hospital-based medical care. Hourly range: $66.81- $77.94: Primary Responsibilities: Cardiothoracic Surgery & ICU Responsibilities: Provide care to critically ill patients in the Cardiothoracic ICU , including those on ECMO, Impella , IABP, and CRRT . Serve as first and second assist in cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including: Endoscopic vein harvesting using Terumo or Hemopro systems. Endoscopic radial artery harvesting . Perform bedside procedures: Thoracentesis, central/arterial line placement, chest tube insertion/removal. Temporary pacing wire removal and other advanced interventions.
