Supervisor, Product Development Laboratory

Job description

The Supervisor, Product Development Laboratory is responsible for supervising assigned Product Development Testing team activities comprising one or more of the following: engineers, technicians, model makers and modal strain personnel. Assigned responsibility will be related to one or more of the following: product engineering support, laboratory testing, model making, and/or modal strain testing. Key responsibilities include assignment and follow up of resources to complete all activities required to support assigned product development project and sustaining engineering activities. Reviews and assigns laboratory work orders to team members. Ensures proper training, setup, testing, equipment use are provided or utilized to support successful completion of assigned activities. This position will serve our US Air Division , located in Fort Smith, AR . Works with lab management to support implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
