Mission of DFA is to guarantee best Customer Service Level by coordinating local Service Management by proposing local actions to avoid out of stock and obsolete risks. The DFA analyst is an important gatekeeper of the product availability in order to deliver an optimal Service Level by: - Analyzing on a daily basis the availability of all references, minimizing risks, based on the production plan input provided by the Supply hub - Close collaboration with customer service, sales, planning HUB, copacking and log ops - Supporting E2E projects (launch, delist, switch, copacking, system changes etc…) and participate to working groups, in order to guarantee a perfect and smooth execution and maximize service level. - Obsolete management of finished products.
