TITLE: Industrial Janitor POSITION OBJECTIVE: Heavy cleaning of the building to maintain the cleanliness of the plant and grounds per company GMPs. Work in a safe and efficient manner to be productive, while maintaining a high quality of work. This is a temp to hire position. First shift hours 6am to 2pm and Second shift hour 2pm to 10pm. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have previous experience in industrial cleaning of 3 + years. - Must have good past working habits and attendance record. - Must be self-motivated to work independently to complete daily/monthly/yearly/tasks. - Must have good communication skills both verbally and written. - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. - High school graduate or equivalent. - Available to work overtime. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
