About the Partner Success Manager Role The Partner Success Manager (PSM) role is fundamental to the success of our go-to-market (GTM) partnership strategy. In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Partnerships and be responsible for driving the growth, results, and strategic outcomes around which the Partnerships team is built. Together with our Strategic Partnerships Managers, you’ll develop and execute the activation, implementation, and GTM motions unique to each partnership channel.
