As an IT Training & Optimization Analyst , you’ll be a trusted partner to clinical and IT teams—designing and delivering effective training, improving workflows, and helping end users confidently adopt system enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how technology is used in collaboration with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC). Responsibilities: Purpose: Under the direction of the Sr. Director of IT (or his/her delegate), and in collaboration with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC), will provide consultation in the planning, design, development, and delivery of training for EPIC or other electronic medical record and systems; identify mechanisms to optimize system utilization and processes; assists in the review of workflows and processes; and provide training to staff and physicians.
