In this role, you'll: be working as part of the Enterprise Transformation and Change Division, within the Enterprise Change Management Branch, supporting Change Enablement and Delivery. You will be delivering small change programs, workshops and providing mentorship and guidance to Change Analysts within your team, supporting enterprise wide change management programs and initiatives for smooth service delivery. You’ll play a key role in developing and managing our Centre of Excellence, leveraging best-practice change methodologies to deliver projects that achieve the desired transformation outcomes. This position is a permanent position. Our office is located at Macquarie Park, with Hybrid working arrangements.
