Job summary: As an Equipment Finance Loan Origination Associate II in Equipment Finance Onboarding , you guide and support a production team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You partner with leadership to implement transformation initiatives, serve as an escalation point, and reinforce priorities that support the equipment finance strategic plan as responsibilities evolve with business needs.
