The primary responsibility is sourcing and contacting new prospective bidders. Additionally, the role involves maintaining relationships with Parkway’s existing subcontractor base to secure bid commitments for specific projects. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Duties: Source subcontractors to commit to bidding on Parkway projects across the US. Develop sourcing plans and network strategies for specific trades. Contact prospective subcontractors via telephone, email, and text to discuss project scopes. Secure at least three subcontractor bids per trade. Provide daily updated contact logs to the project lead for each project. Maintain persistence in obtaining subcontractor bids. Manage subcontractor solicitation records.
