Help shape the future-state risk and controls across the Capital Markets lifecycle within complex financial services environments. The Role: Capco is seeking a Program Lead, Risk Management to support strategic Capital Markets risk and controls transformation initiatives. This role will focus on evolving and modernizing future-state risk-centric operating models across the Capital Markets lifecycle, ensuring frameworks are design-led, desk-tailored, and built to address existing and emerging risks. You will lead complex transformation initiatives focused on strengthening governance, enhancing controls, and identifying operational, structural, and technology risks across front-to-back business processes. This role is ideal for an experienced Capital Markets consultant with strong risk management expertise and a deep understanding of enterprise transformation within financial services environments.
