About This Position As a T. Rowe Price Advice Manager, you will provide leadership to the associates that are responsible for developing relationships with our high-net-worth clients and prospective clients, providing detailed guidance and advice to help them achieve their financial goals. You will lead a team that performs thorough analysis of our client’s financial situations using a consultative approach specifically aimed at discovering the drivers behind their decision-making process. In this role, you will coach and develop financial advisors to ensure high quality and compliant client engagements, while also supporting critical strategic initiatives that support our overall advice growth strategy. As the leader to our financial advisors, you play an integral role in attracting and retaining high-value clients to T. Rowe Price through the on-going management of their relationships with us.
