As a Tendon Seam Field Clinical Specialist, you will be at the forefront of advanced soft tissue fixation, partnering with experienced surgeons and commercial teams to support best in class arthroscopic rotator cuff repair across the US field. What will you be doing?: Supporting surgical cases using the Soft Tissue Fixation System and acting as a subject matter expert in arthroscopic rotator cuff repair Working closely with Tendon Seam Account Managers to plan, coordinate and deliver case support across targeted geographies Proactively organizing support schedules to align with case volumes and business priorities Collecting, compiling and communicating case data to support clinical and commercial insights Managing inventory within the assigned territory and ensuring product availability Executing billing processes accurately and in a timely manner Attending and participating in required Tendon Seam training and development sessions Representing Smith+Nephew professionally across a v...
