The Program The Colleges of Professional Studies and Extended Education & Global Engagement house the Leadership Studies undergraduate program, which is fully online and comprises 10 upper-division courses . Using an interdisciplinary approach, students develop personal and professional skills to transform themselves and enrich communities . Graduates realize their competencies and are inspired to positively enhance their careers and lives. This program is self-supporting and does not receive funding from the University. Leadership Studies faculty are not eligible for university health benefits.
