The Janitorial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day janitorial operations for this account while ensuring exceptional service delivery, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance. Key responsibilities will entail daily oversight of 1st and 2nd shift, mainly focused on GMP/Janitorial audits and compliance. This position will manage the daily workforce and adjust their schedule accordingly to accomplish these tasks. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and leads on-site teams to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Compensation: $55,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position.
