Retrax- Team Leader in Distribution Team Leader: Must know how to operate a sit-down and standup forklifts 1st Shift Hours: Monday thru Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm and Fridays 7am-11am and up to 2:00pm POSITION SUMMARY: The Operational Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of warehouse employees to achieve goals and maintain high standards of quality. This role will require a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication to drive team success. Hours are Mon-Thurs 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 11am. CORE FUNCTIONS: - Partner with the Leadership on employee scheduling, labor efficiency, work instructions, and throughput. - Collaborate with other area leads and supervisors to facilitate cross-training opportunities; develop employee knowledge in multiple skill sets. - Implement work instructions to ensure employee knowledge and accuracy is up to date. - Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, and production to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all parts. - Effectively communicate maintenance issues and repair and replace consumables as needed. - Serve as a positive leader and mentor by exhibiting and inst...
