We are looking for highly motivated people to join our Internal Trade Sales Team at Oxworks' state-of-the-art head office, located at 102-108 Magnesium Drive Crestmead. The Role: Reporting to the south side Regional Business Manager, the Trade Centre Team Leader’s primary focus is to: - Exceed monthly financial targets both personally and by the work group - Lead a team of Trade Sales Officers (TSO’s) to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to the Oxworks’ Trade customer base resulting in the development of strong long-term customer relationships - Manage the workflow of the TSO team from customer enquiry to preparation and delivery of highly accurate and timely Sales Quotes, through to conversion of Quotes to Sales Orders (fulfilment) - Ensure the TSO team meet and exceed the expectations of the Oxworks Service Charter to foster repeat business, training and coaching staff as required to meet and exceed expectations - Effectively resolve...
