Job Description: Animals Well-being Technician (M/F/X) Segment: Royal Canin: Location: Aimargues, France - near Montpellier (Occitanie region), with easy access to the Mediterranean coast and major transport hubs. Type of contract: perm contract - (on site) The Animal Well-being Technician ensures the well-being of cats and dogs on site by promoting animal welfare across teams. They provide functional leadership by monitoring practices, identifying improvements, and encouraging the evolution of standards and behaviors. Working closely with site associates, they coordinate action plans, facilitate the sharing of best practices, and support teams in adopting welfare standards. Their expertise and influence help mobilize teams around the company’s values of quality, efficiency, mutuality, and responsibility, while also fostering employee skill development through training, guidance, and practical feedback.
