Reporting to: Sales Director: Central Buying Location: Cottage Farm, Mears Ashby Road, Sywell, Northamptonshire, NN6 0BJ Working pattern: Hybrid - minimum of three days per week in the office; up to two days per week working from home Department: Sales: General Summary: An exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to work within the UK sales team. As the UK sales support, you will be supporting team members across a wide range of roles, to deliver first class service to our UK customers. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with customer meeting preparation and follow-up - Creates sales material when required - Collate and send out sample requests - Completing customer new line forms and manage customer portals - Completing internal stock management & forecasting documents - Creating sales grids - Manage image requests from customers - Communicating with customers and internal departments - Manage internal dummy requests and allocations - Manage internal sales requests, set-up forms & trackers - Manage postal invoice approvals - Act as an Aldi back-up support About You: - Previous experience in a sales support or sales administrative role would be an advantage but...
