This role plays a key part in ensuring our deposit systems and member accounts run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. About the Role: The Deposit Operations Specialist I provides support for essential deposit operational functions across the credit union. You’ll partner with branches, the contact center, and other departments to deliver solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate member records. Support may be delivered via phone, email, and digital platforms—all while upholding Atlantic FCU’s high standards for service, professionalism, and integrity.
