Senior Workday Reporting Solutions Expert - Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid, 3 days at the office and 2 from home) About the job: The Workday Report Writer is responsible for development and maintaining reports in Workday to support business operations, particularly in HR and finance. This role involves developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive data-driven decisions. This role is crucial in driving our reporting strategy and governance. Owning the legacy reporting gap and enable a strong ownership of report writing at Sanofi. The ideal candidate will have extensive training in report writing and ability to translate HR data into reporting language. In this role you will design, configure and manage Workday Reports to capture global and local reporting needs on complex data structure and legislation.
