About the role: The Program Manager at Sectra is responsible for the implementation of customer solutions and projects across the delivery lifecycle. This role owns delivery outcomes, including scope, timelines, and execution consistency, and leads teams to ensure predictable and high-quality project delivery. The Program Manager partners closely with Customer Success and Technical Operations to align delivery plans with customer outcomes and technical feasibility and is responsible for managing non-engineering resources within the assigned customer portfolio.
