Assistant General Counsel $135k-$150k Annual Salary General Summary of the Purpose of the Position This position will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and key business leaders of the company and will have responsibility for providing general legal support to the company with an emphasis on litigation management to support the company’s long-term business strategy. This position supports leadership and functional roles within the company and reports to the Chief Legal Officer. Approach and Deployment (What to Do & How to Do It) 1. Provide legal support for all aspects of the company’s litigation including business litigation and employment litigation. Legal support includes responding to small claims, district court and arbitration matters involving the company and its subsidiaries. Work closely with the operations team on responding, answering and preparing for various forms of litigation against or by the company including discovery, motion practice and resolution. 2. Work on customer dispute matters with the aim to achieve early resolution to support the company’s goals including proper documentation and resolution. 3.
