Job Description Responsibilities: The role will be based in Aqua Consultants’ Offices, supporting the Estimating & Cost Intelligence Team in the delivery of key frameworks and key projects. It will involve liaising with both clients and contractors on a daily basis, to enable effective management of the projects. Authority: The Estimator will be expected to be a self-starter in relation to day-to-day tasks, however final issue of costings and reports shall not be issued without the approval and support of their line manager/direct line report. - Estimating at various levels depending on the project stage, high-level using cost models or similar, bottom-up estimating using CESMM or similar. - Preparation of estimates for optioneering purposes, providing CAPEX OPEX, NPV for options for comparison - Undertake project benchmarking and development of Cost Envelope for a project in the early stages of a project - Provide Cost Assurance exercise on project estimates and contractor submissions. - Collecting historical project cost data in a standardised approach for analysis - Supporting the development of cost models for future estimates. - Attend meetings and undertake site visits where...
