Job DetailsJob Location: ALGONA HWY 18 HOME OFFICE - ALGONA, IA 50511Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 SalaryPharmacists Mutual Insurance Group has an opening for an Accountant. This role will perform routine accounting functions along with financial and tax reporting duties within the finance department. Accountant I: Responsible for basic accounting/finance duties. Manages small to medium level accounting functions with direction and assistance, as needed. Accountant II: Responsible for moderately complex accounting/finance duties. Manages medium to large level accounting functions with direction and assistance, as needed. Essential Functions: Essential functions may include, but are not limited to the following: Processes investment receipts, purchases and sales. Reconciles bank statements to general ledger. Records monthly general ledger entries and correcting/adjusting entries as required. Prepares monthly financial statements. Prepares quarterly and annual statement reports for regulators.
