What’s the role? This role supports the Principal Solution Designer by providing hands‑on solutioning and delivery leadership for AI‑enabled components within a complex Treasury program. The focus is on practical execution—turning ambiguous business problems into clear, deliverable solution components and ensuring AI‑assisted features are validated, governed, and successfully landed within delivery teams. This role plays a critical part in driving practical AI‑enabled transformation within the Treasury delivery team. By shaping feasible AI use cases, validating ideas early, and coordinating the right contributors, it improves delivery speed, quality and clarity. It also helps teams adopt safe, effective AI‑assisted ways of working—ensuring innovation is delivered with strong governance and control. Operating within a multi‑disciplinary Agile environment, this role works closely with business analysts, engineers, testers and SMEs to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and reduce ambiguity through structured analysis, prototyping and validation.
