We’re looking for a thoughtful, brand-aligned Production Manager to lead our end-to-end manufacturing journey at By Charlotte. This role plays a key part in bringing our collections to life; balancing timelines, quality, and cost with a calm, considered approach. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and detail, you’ll help ensure every piece reflects the care, intention, and beauty at the heart of our brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role blends operational rigour with a strong understanding of product and a commercial mindset.
