Second Foundation is a global energy trading company with around 450 employees across locations in Prague HQ (CZ), Zug (CH), Berlin (DE), Charlotte (USA), and Tokyo (JP). We specialize in power market trading and in the integration and optimization of renewable energy and battery storage systems. In parallel, we are actively expanding our own asset base, with a primary focus on battery storage. We are seeking a senior financing professional to take ownership of all bank-facing processes across the group - spanning corporate financing, asset-level project financing, and broader capital market activities. This is a global role at the intersection of finance, legal, M&A, and deal execution, requiring someone who can drive complex financing and transactional processes end-to-end while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. Work location is Prague, but occasional international travel is expected.
