Business Financial Services Analyst Full Time Exempt Location: Onsite, Norfolk, Virginia Corporate Office JOB PURPOSE: The Business Financial Services Analyst owns the budget processes that span from due diligence through annual budgeting and ongoing performance monitoring. Working cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Accounting, Legal, and Operations, the Analyst builds and maintains financial templates, converts seller financials into company-specific formats, flags risks, establishes process timelines, develops template tools and training programs, and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all financial projections and reconciliations.
