Job description

Overview Responsible for providing technical support for the printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) cell. Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain PCBA process at all points and provide feedback & corrective action - Program, troubleshoot, and maintain SMT and through-hole assembly lines - Assist manufacturing engineers in identifying and implementing new equipment and locating equipment - Help develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program - Perform preventative maintenance and repair on production equipment - Maintain spare parts for critical production equipment - Assist with the manufacturing of custom equipment and fixtures - Train colleagues on SMT and PCBA processes and machines as necessary - Work collaboratively and positively to promote team work throughout the department - Participate in regular Kaizen events to help improve overall factory performance and fulfill long term strategic goals - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Experience with PCBA Process, (i.e. solder paste application, Oven profiling, IPC guidelines, etc.) - Proficient in SMT assembly equipment programming (Siemens/ASM placement equipment a major plus) - Experience with and programming o...
