Job Overview: Under general direction, performs a variety of routine to medium computer (and their peripherals), networking and communications tasks in support of all Local-Area-Network (LAN) computers; familiar with the most recent computer operating systems on client and servers; maintain and support desktop hardware and software; perform a wide variety of technical duties involved in the installation, repair, and maintenance or personal computers, peripherals, servers and equipment.
