Mountain View Community Church in Snohomish, WA is looking for a Student Minitries Pastor. We are looking for a candidate who is radically devoted to the way of Jesus gospel and mission focused able to engage in tough cultural and theological issues and dialogue while modeling a commitment to grace and truth able to inspire, teach, and equip the next generation of kingdom minded Christians. We want our students to: have regular opportunities to hear the gospel and be encouraged to believe. learn to know and tell the basic story of the Bible. understand the essential elements of Christianity. be equipped to engage their fellow students with the gospel. Qualifications: All MVCC staff are expected to maintain a vibrant walk with Christ, establish healthy rhythms of life, support the vision, staff, and leaders in the church, demonstrate Christ-like character at all gatherings and in their personal life, receive instruction with humility, and be committed to resolving conflict in a biblical manner. Bible College, seminary, or equivalent are a plus but not required. A demonstrated heart for middle school and high school students. Experience in church leadership is a plus but not required...
