Summary: When assigned, supervises Slot Operations Department employees consistent with internal controls, policies and procedures. During every interaction, we display three behaviors: - Smile, display energy and open body language - Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service - Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation Qualifications: - A Supervisor Slot Operations may fill the role of a Dual-Rate Slot Operations Shift Manager in the absence of a Shift Manager Slot Operations and will not perform their normal duties in the same day. - When assigned, supervises and manages Slot Attendants, Slots Attendants – Senior and Slot Attendants – Secondary assisting with guest interactions and transactions as needed. - Assists Slot Attendants as needed with the payment of slot machine jackpots and machine malfunctions. - Notifies Slot Technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance. - Provides feedback to management. - Responds to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner...
