Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) This role will support the following areas: Coagulation, Special Coagulation, Urinalysis, and STAT Lab. This is a Stanford Health Care job. A Brief Overview: "Supervises the work of laboratory personnel engaged in performing routine and specialized technical procedures, including planning day to day laboratory work activities, evaluating work performed and handling procedural technical and non-technical laboratory problems. Under the direction of the Laboratory Directors and the Laboratory Manager, investigates, writes, and implements technical procedures and policies relative to the specific laboratory. Establishes efficient and effective workflow for these areas. Identifies and resolves technical issues. Establishes and monitors Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs to meet Joint Commission, CAP, state and federal requirements.
