Responsibilities: Plans and directs the activities of all building maintenance personnel in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on building, HVAC/Plumbing equipment, fire suppression, etc., under the direction of the Supervisor Facilities / Equipment, Works with Lead Maintenance Technician when additional manpower is required Ensures work is done effectively and efficiently Enters information necessary to generate and close maintenance work orders in the CMMS, including detailed problem and solution descriptions. Manages Maintenance and Safety tickets assigned through TDWNow, Ensures proper operation of heating and cooling systems by performing routine repairs and maintenance (e.g., changing filters, oiling motors, and adjusting thermostats as necessary); troubleshoots major breakdowns and contacts contractor for service if necessary, Assists and/or perfo...
