The mission of the Payroll & Payable Analyst at Cozey As a Payroll & Payable Analyst reporting to Liliana Alvarez, Accounts Payable Supervisor, your mission is to ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and reliable, while supporting efficient and well-controlled accounts payable operations. What you'll be doing: Payroll (60%): - Support and execute components of bi-weekly payroll for Canadian and US employees, ensuring data accuracy in Rippling - Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new hire setup, terminations, compensation changes, and leave adjustments - Assist with source deduction remittances, year-end filings (T4s, ROEs, W-2s), and payroll reconciliations - Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issu...
