Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal shuttle operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, EV Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS), technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance. The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Business & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. This Analyst will support the COO and CEO by performing operational and financial analysis, developing business case decks, and managing strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates will have strong proficiency in integrating, analyzing, and visualizing data from a variety of data sources for executive stakeholders, with the ability to summarize key findings and recommendations.
