Job description

This is a Grant Funded Position for a specified duration. This Grant is scheduled to expire on: 2028-09-28 Summary: Accountable for the effective administration and efficient allocation and utilization of available clinical resources in either a Partial Hospital Program (PHP), Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH), or Outpatient Behavioral Health is setting (OP). The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor reports to and works under the supervision of the Medical Director and Program Manager (PHP), Practice Manager (IBH or OP), or Director of Behavioral Health (BFMC PHP) to provide adequate clinical supervision and leadership and to ensure all policies and procedures are efficiently carried out throughout the program. All clinical program staff report directly to the Program Manager except for the advanced practice nurses. Under the direction of Program and Medical Leadership, the Clinical Supervisor assists in planning and implementing methods of care delivery that are consistent with the established model of care.
