About Castelion Castelion is bringing a new approach to defense development and production: one that focuses on short, iterative design cycles, rapid testing in development, and modern commercial manufacturing strategies for production at scale. We're designing, building, and testing next generation long range strike weapon systems to give America and its Allies a definitive edge and deter future conflicts. EHS Manager (Rio Rancho): The EHS Manager will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts for Castelion's Rio Rancho, New Mexico facility, supporting solid rocket motor manufacturing, integration, and test operations. This role is responsible for building and managing site EHS programs to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, high-hazard manufacturing environment. The EHS Manager will play a key role in facility startup, commissioning, and ramp to production, partnering closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to embed safety and environmental stewardship across development and manufacturing.
